# The Judicial Pensions (Pensions Appeal Tribunals) Order 2002, Article 3


In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993, in the entry relating to the President of the pensions appeal tribunals, after “President” there shall be inserted “or Deputy President”.
