# The Judicial Pensions Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Pensions Regulations 2015.
(2) Part 1, Part 3, regulations 20, 128 and 166, Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) Paragraph 8 of Schedule 3 comes into force on the same day as paragraph 38 of Schedule 13 to the Pensions Act 2014 comes into force, and on that day paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 ceases to have effect.
(4) The remaining provisions come into force on 1st April 2015.
