  "text": "(1) The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 2017 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation)—\n(a) in the appropriate places, insert—\n““the 2022 Regulations” means the Judicial Pensions Regulations 2022;”;\n““the 2022 Scheme” means the Judicial pension scheme created by the 2022 Regulations;”; and\n(b) in the definition of “active member”, insert at the end “or the 2022 scheme”.",
