  "text": "The Orders listed in Schedule 2 are hereby revoked, but without prejudice to—\n(a) their continued application in relation to any person who ceases to hold office before 1st April 1987; or\n(b) their application to the office of county court judge or resident magistrate in Northern Ireland.",
