  "text": "The Judicial Pensions Act 1959.\nThe Sheriffs' Pensions (Scotland) Act 1961.\nSection 1 of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 so far as it relates to the offices of Lord of Appeal in Ordinary, Judge of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, other than Lord Chancellor, and Judge of the Court of Session. Sections 5, 7, 9 and 13 of and Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions Act 1981.
