# The Judicial Pensions (Requisite Surviving Spouses' Benefits etc) Order 1997, Article 1: Title and Commencement


This Order may be cited as the Judicial Pensions (Requisite Surviving Spouses' Benefits etc) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st December 1997.
