# The Judicial Pensions (Requisite Surviving Spouses' Benefits etc) Order 1997, Article 8: The Judicial Pensions (Guaranteed Minimum Pension etc) Order 1995


(1) The Judicial Pensions (Guaranteed Minimum Pension etc) Order 1995 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2) below.
(2) In article 6(2), for “the formula (A×B)/200)×3.4” substitute “the formula ([A×(B×52)]/200)×3.4”.
