  "long_title": "These Regulations are consequential upon the introduction of pension sharing by the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999. Their effect is that when a pension sharing order is made in respect of the rights of any person under a judicial pension scheme other than that constituted under the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993, and the scheme in question is closed to new members, the person in whose favour the order is made acquires rights under the scheme constituted under the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993.",
