  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Judicial Pensions (Transfer Between Judicial Pension Schemes) Regulations 1995. They correct an error in the formula used to adjust the service credit granted in relation to a former scheme on transfer into the scheme constituted by the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993.",
