# Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008, Section 60: The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service


(1) There is established a body corporate to be known as the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (referred to in this Part as “the SCTS”).
(2) Schedule 3 makes further provision about the SCTS.
