# The Juries (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012, Regulation 6: Transitional provision


Regulation 5(d) is of no effect in respect of a form served on a person given notice under Article 4(3) of the Juries (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 before the coming into operation of these Regulations.
