  "text": "After regulation 7 (subsistence allowance to which a juror is entitled) insert—\n“7A. A payment by way of allowance under section 19 of the Act will not be made to a juror summoned on or after 30th July 2012 to serve on a jury, unless that juror claims that payment within the period of 12 months beginning on the day following the final day on which he or she attends for service as a juror.”",
