  "text": "These Regulations increase the maximum rates of certain allowances payable in respect of jury service in a coroner's court. The allowances increased are—\n(a) financial loss allowances payable to jurors (Regulation 2);\n(b) travelling allowances payable to jurors when a private vehicle is used (Regulation 3).",
