# The Jurors' (Coroners' Courts) Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 1975, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations increase the maximum rates of certain allowances payable in respect of jury service in a coroner's court. The allowances increased are—
(a) financial loss allowances payable to jurors (Regulation 2);
(b) travelling allowances payable to jurors when a private vehicle is used (Regulation 3).
