# The Jurors' (Coroners' Courts) Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 1977, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations amend the Jurors' (Coroners' Courts) Allowances Regulations 1975 by increasing the maximum rates of certain allowances payable in respect of jury service in a coroner's court. The allowances increased are—
(a) financial loss allowances (Regulation 3);
(b) travelling allowances when a private vehicle is used (Regulation 4).
