  "text": "It shall be lawful for the jury court to grant warrant for citing witnesses and havers, who shall attend and may be compelled to attend and be examined upon oath before the jury court when required, in the same manner that witnesses and havers do attend or may be compelled to attend for the purpose of examination upon oath by the Court of Session.",
