  "text": "(1) A DPCSP shall, not later than 2 months after the end of each financial year, submit to the principal PCSP a general report on the exercise of its functions during that year.\n(2) A report under subsection (1) shall include details of the arrangements made under section 22(1)(d).\n(3) Before submitting any report under subsection (1), a DPCSP shall consult the relevant district commander.",
