# Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, Section 73: Variation of conditions

Status: prospective

A Public Prosecutor may, with the consent of the offender, vary the conditions attached to a conditional caution by—
(a) modifying or omitting any of the conditions;
(b) adding a condition.
