  "text": "In this Chapter—\n“authorised person” has the meaning given by section 71(4),\n“conditional caution” has the meaning given by section 71(2),\n“the offender” has the meaning given by section 71(1),\n“PACE” and “police detention” have the meanings given by section 75(9),\n“Public Prosecutor” has the meaning given by section 29(5) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (c. 26).",
