  "text": "In section 113B of the Police Act 1997 (enhanced criminal record certificates) in subsection (2) for paragraph (b) substitute—\n“(b) be accompanied by—\n(i) a statement by the registered person that the certificate is required for the purposes of an exempted question asked for a prescribed purpose; or\n(ii) a statement by the applicant that the certificate is required for a prescribed purpose.”.",
