# The Justices’ Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Justices’ Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 25th July 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
