# The Justices' Clerks Rules 2005, Rule 5

Extent: E+W

Until the commencement of paragraph 125 of Schedule 32 to the Criminal Justice Act 2003—
(a) paragraph 25 of Schedule 1 shall have effect as if the words “paragraph 18” were substituted for the words “paragraph 15”; and
(b) paragraph 27 of Schedule 1 shall have effect as if the words “paragraph 4(5)” were substituted for the words “paragraph 4(6).”.
