# The Justices' Clerks Rules 2005, Paragraph 25


The amending, in accordance with paragraph 15 of Schedule 3 to the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000, of a community rehabilitation order or community punishment order by substituting for the local justice area specified in the order the other area in which the offender proposes to reside or is residing.
