Made 19th September 1991
Laid before Parliament 23rd September 1991
Coming into force 14th October 1991
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, after consultation with the Rule Committee appointed under the said section 144, hereby makes the following Rules:
