# The Juvenile Courts (London) (Amendment) Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


JUVENILE COURTS AND OFFENDERS
Made 28th March 1990
Coming into force 1st April 1990
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by paragraphs 14 and 20 of Schedule 2 to the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, as amended by section 17(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 read with section 12(1) of the Administration of Justice Act 1964, I hereby make the following Order:
