  "text": "The part of the district of Dover and of the parish of Denton with Wootton which is marked Area 4 on boundary map 3 shall be transferred to—\n(a) the city of Canterbury;\n(b) the Barham Downs ward of that city;\n(c) the parish of Barham;\n(d) the Canterbury South county electoral division; and\n(e) the Canterbury and St Augustine petty sessional division.",
