# The Kentish Flats Extension Order 2013, Paragraph 14: Code of construction practice

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No part of the authorised development above mean low water level shall commence until a code of construction practice relating to the works authorised above MLW has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority.
(2) All construction works shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved code unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.
