# The Kentish Flats Extension Order 2013, Paragraph 15: Construction hours

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Construction work above mean low water level shall only take place between 0800 and 1800 hours on weekdays and 0800 and 1300 hours on Saturdays, and not on Sundays or public holidays, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.
(2) Nothing in sub-paragraph (1) precludes a start-up period from 0730 to 0800 on weekdays and Saturdays and a shut-down period from 1800 to 1830 on weekdays and from 1300 to 1330 on Saturdays.
