# The Kentish Flats Extension Order 2013, Paragraph 17: Requirement for written approval

Extent: E+W+S

Where under any of the above Requirements the approval or agreement of the Secretary of State, the local planning authority or another person or body is required, that approval or agreement must be given in writing.
