  "heading": "Interpretation.",
  "text": "(1) In this Act “the existing Constitution Order” means the Kenya Order in Council 1963 as amended by the Kenya (Amendment) Order in Council 1963; and references in this Act to Kenya shall be construed in accordance with section 1(3) of this Act.\n(2) References in this Act to any enactment are references to that enactment as amended or extended by or under any other enactment.",
