# The Keuper Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2017, Article 20: Compulsory acquisition of land

Extent: E+W

(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the land described in the book of reference and shown on the land plans as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it.
(2) This article is subject to article 23 (acquisition of subsoil only) and article 27 (temporary use of land carrying out the authorised development).
