  "heading": "Authorised development to be carried out in accordance with certified plans and documents and with matters approved under requirements",
  "text": "(1) The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with–\n(a) the plans and documents certified by the Secretary of State as true copies of the documents referred to in this Order;\n(b) subject to requirement 20, any other plans, schemes or documents approved in writing by the relevant planning authority pursuant to the requirements; and\n(c) the parameters specified in
