  "heading": "Limits on heavy goods vehicle movements",
  "text": "(1) The maximum number of heavy goods vehicle movements to and from the authorised development must not exceed 80 per day (40 in and 40 out).\n(2) The number of heavy goods vehicles which enter the authorised development must be recorded by the site operator. These records must be available for inspection at the site office and a copy of these records must be submitted to the relevant planning authority every six months, or within five working days of such records being requested by the relevant planning authority.",
