  "text": "Save to the extent provided for to the contrary elsewhere in this Part of this Schedule or by agreement in writing between the undertaker and the promoter, nothing in this Part of this Schedule shall affect the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between the promoter and the undertaker in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to the promoter on the date on which this Order is made.",
