  "text": "Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 7(2), 7(4), 8(1), 9 and 11(5) any difference or dispute arising between the promoter and the undertaker under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the promoter and the undertaker, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 40 (arbitration).",
