# The Keuper Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2017, Paragraph 42

Extent: E+W

Any additional expenses which the Canal & River Trust may reasonably incur in altering, reconstructing or maintaining the waterway under any powers existing at the date when this Order was made by reason of the existence of a specified work shall, provided that 56 days’ previous notice of the commencement of such alteration, reconstruction or maintenance has been given to the undertaker, be repaid by the undertaker to the Canal & River Trust.
