# The Keuper Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2017, Paragraph 44

Extent: E+W

Any difference arising between the undertaker and the Canal & River Trust under this Part of this Schedule (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Part of this Schedule) shall be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 40 (arbitration) of this Order.
