# The Keuper Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2017, Paragraph 45

Extent: E+W

Any capitalised sum which is required to be paid under this Part of this Schedule shall be calculated by multiplying the cost of the maintenance or renewal works to the waterway necessitated as a result of the operation of the authorised development by the number of times that the maintenance or renewal works will be required during the operation of the authorised development.
