  "text": "Subject to the provisions of this Act, the appropriate company may from time to time maintain, renew, divert and alter, temporarily or permanently, the National Power works or the PowerGen works, as the case may be, or any part of any such work:\nProvided that nothing in this section shall authorise the appropriate company to deviate laterally beyond the limits of deviation.",
