# The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 19

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Commission”, substitute “ United Kingdom competent authority ”;
(b) for “Community” (in the first place it occurs), substitute “ United Kingdom ”.
(3) Omit paragraph 2.
