# The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Kimberley Process (Fees) Regulations 2014

(1) The Kimberley Process (Fees) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3, omit “the United Kingdom's European Union obligations arising from”.
(3) In the Schedule, for “Community Certificate” substitute “ United Kingdom certificate ”.
