# The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 4: Amendments to subject matter and definitions

(1) Article 1 is amended as follows.
(2) For “Union”, substitute “ United Kingdom ”.
(3) Omit the second paragraph.
