Article 10 Amendments to the King’s College London Act 1978

(1)

In section 16(1)—

(a)

omit “trustee investments pool and in the general”;

(b)

omit “trustee investments pool or the general”; and

(c)

for “in that pool” where those words appear in that subsection substitute “in the pool,”.

(2)

In section 16(2) for “five pounds” substitute “the value so determined as at the specified date”.
