Article 3 Interpretation

In this Order—

  • “appointing body” means any of the bodies mentioned in article 4(1)(a) to (d) below;

  • “the Board” means the King’s Lynn Conservancy Board;

  • “member” means a member of the Board;

  • “the new constitution date” means 1st February 2002.
