# The Knives Act 1997 (Commencement) (No. 1) Order 1997

In exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 11(3) of the Knives Act 1997, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Knives Act 1997 (Commencement) (No. 1) Order 1997.

## 2 

Sections 1 to 7, 9 and 10 of the Knives Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st September 1997.
