  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the SI of the same number and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nInfrastructure Planning\nMade 21st July 2016\nComing into force 22nd July 2016\nThe Knottingley Power Plant Order 2015, which granted development consent within the meaning of the Planning Act 2008 (“the Act”), contains correctable errors and omissions within the meaning of the Act.\nBefore the end of the relevant period, as defined in paragraph 1(6)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Act, the Secretary of State received a written request from the applicant for the correction of errors in the Knottingley Power Plant Order 2015 under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to the Act.\nThe Secretary of State has informed North Yorkshire County Council, Selby District Council and Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, the local planning authorities for the area in which the land to which the Knottingley Power Plant Station Order 2015 relates is situated, that the request has been received in accordance with paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 4 to the Act.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4) and 1(8) of Schedule 4 to the Act, makes the following Order—",
