  "long_title": "This Order grants development consent for, and authorises Knottingley Power Limited to construct, operate and maintain a combined cycle gas turbine power plant located in east Knottingley, Yorkshire, together with associated development comprising the diversion of the existing 400 kV overhead line to connect the power plant to the grid gas pipeline and cooling water pipelines together with all necessary and associated development. For the purposes of the development Knottingley Power Limited is authorised by the Order compulsorily or by agreement to purchase land and rights in land to use land, as well as to override easements and other rights. The Order also provides a defence in proceedings in respect of statutory nuisance and to discharge water. The Order imposes requirements in connection with the development for which it grants development consent.",
