  "text": "In carrying out the authorised development the undertaker may—\n(a) deviate laterally from the lines or situations of the authorised development shown on the works plan to the extent of the limits of deviation shown on that plan; and\n(b) deviate vertically to any extent downwards as may be found necessary or convenient.",
