# Lace Act 1697, Section IX: Limitation of Informations, &c.


Provided always and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all Informations Actions and Suits to be brought for any Offence against this Act shall be brought and co[m]menced within Twelve Months after the Discovery of such Offence Any former Law to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding.
