  "text": "(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.\n(2) In this Order—\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n“the Department” means the Department for Social Development;\n“the designated area”” has the meaning assigned to it by Article 3(1);\n“the river”” means such part of the River Lagan and its tributaries as is situated within the designated area;\n“statutory provision”” has the meaning assigned to it by section 1( f) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.",
